I offer a recipe for shockaholics – Brownie chocolate cakes. Very rich in taste and aroma of pastries, I hope, will help in the fight against autumn depression.
For cooking, take butter.
Put butter, sugar, dark chocolate broken into pieces in a saucepan, heat over low heat until completely dissolved.
Put a chopped ripe banana, eggs, coffee in a whipping container, chop (whisk) with a blender.
Add the slightly cooled chocolate-butter mixture. Mix it.
Add flour, cocoa (1 tablespoon) and baking powder, mix with a spatula.
Dry the hazelnuts in a frying pan, grind them into crumbs in a blender, put them in the dough, mix.
Put the dough in a rectangular shape, I have 10 by 20 cm. Put in a preheated 170 degree oven, bake for 25 minutes.
The finished brownie has a dense crust, but when pressed, it springs and must remain moist inside. Do not dry!
We take the finished brownie out of the mold, let it cool, cut it into rectangles.
