  1. Dough: in a bowl, mix two types of flour, a pinch of salt and paprika. Mix it.
  2. Add slices of cold butter.
  3. Rub the flour and butter into crumbs with your hands. Add the yolk.
  4. Pour in ice water and knead the dough, collecting it into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Prepare the filling: add the herbs of Provence to the tomato sauce and mix.
  6. Drain the liquid from the corn.
  7. Grate the cheese and cut the salami into slices.
  8. Take out the cooled dough, divide into three parts.
  9. Roll out each piece on a sheet of parchment.
  10. Brush with tomato sauce, leaving the edges of the dough clean.
  11. Lay out the corn.
  12. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  13. And pieces of salami. Wrap the edges of the sponge cake over the filling. We send it to bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. We take the finished cookies out of the oven and let them cool down, if desired, sprinkle with your favorite herbs.
