Braised Pork Ribs Recipe
I suggest you try stewed pork ribs in tomato sauce with Asian notes. I just bought a nice piece of meat. Fixed. I decided to share. No obstacles, fast and easy.

  1. Here’s a piece of pig meat I bought. I don’t even know which edge is closer to the lower back. But never mind. Everything happens quickly and simply.
  2. Cut the meat into portions along the ribs. Onion, ginger cut into small cubes. Peel the garlic and simply chop it with a knife. We peel the chili pepper from the seeds, taste it on the tongue (may aesthetes forgive me) and finely chop it. The amount depends on the severity. The kettle with boiling water should be ready.
  3. Heat vegetable and sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces until golden brown. We’ll start with the meaty part. Salt and pepper.
  4. Fry on each side. Just a little crust. It’s very easy to check. Take a piece and, if it comes off the pan, turn it over to the other side.
  5. When the meat is fried, put it in a bowl and put garlic, onion, ginger, pepper in a frying pan. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stir, fried meat should mix with vegetables. (When I looked at the photo, I realized that fried peanuts had to be put in the sauce. But it’s too late.)
  6. Add tomato paste. Mix everything well. Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour boiling water, stirring, bring to a boil, try to add salt and pepper, add sugar. Without sugar, it will be sour. I will not name the amount of water. You can always add it later. The sauce should almost cover the meat.
  8. Let the sauce boil for 5 minutes and put the fried meat in the pan with the sauce. The ribs are lowered. The sauce rises and almost covers the meat. Reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the meat for 40 minutes. Check the readiness. Turn off the fire. Add a sprig of thyme (who likes it), cover and leave to cool for 10 minutes.
  9. It’s done. The perfect side dish for boiled rice (how to cook is not said. This is a big secret.) Green onion, tomato. Pour the sauce over the rice. (I almost said gravy.)
