Let's do the marinade! To do this, mix 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp dry ginger, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Mix everything together until smooth. Then grind the hot pepper in a mortar and add to our sauce.
