Another recipe for cottage cheese lovers… or chocolate… or cherries… or all together…The taste combination of chocolate, cherry and cheese is amazing!!! A wonderful dessert!
Pour this mixture into 2 beaten eggs with 50 g of sugar.
Add flour and baking soda. This is our chocolate dough.
For the curd filling, mix cottage cheese, vanilla, 100 g of sugar and 2 eggs.
Defrost the cherries and drain the juice.
Put about 1/3 of the chocolate dough on the bottom of a detachable, oiled mold. (maybe a little more) I have a form of 22 cm
Then pour out half of the curd filling and put half of the cherries.
Then we try to distribute another 1/3 of the chocolate dough.
It is very viscous and does not want to be applied evenly. I missed it. I started thinking that I would make it bigger next time… and then it also increased during the baking process… I pushed the thought away.
Pour out the remains of the dough, distribute the cherries and distribute the remains of the chocolate dough as evenly as possible… and this “ugly” colorful pie is put in a preheated 180C oven for 40 minutes.
Remove the sides, cool and serve.
That’s how well it rose during baking.
