  1. Boil the buckwheat until tender.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  3. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  4. Fry carrots and onions in a small amount of vegetable oil until soft.
  5. Cut the mushrooms into large strips.
  6. Pepper cut into small cubes. Fry mushrooms and peppers in a frying pan without oil until tender.
  7. Put the cooled buckwheat, vegetables and minced meat in a saucepan.
  8. Add salt, favorite seasonings, mix well.
  9. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Set aside 1/3.
  10. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until a thick foam forms.
  11. Mix the beaten eggs and 2/3 of the grated cheese.
  12. Add the cheese and egg mass to the rest of the ingredients, mix well again.
  13. Put the resulting mass into a mold, tamp and bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  14. Remove the casserole from the oven.
  15. Sprinkle the casserole with the remaining cheese and put it in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
  16. Ready-made casserole can be eaten both hot and cold. It brings satisfaction! A small piece is quite enough to eat.
