  1. Chicken fillet cut into strips or cubes, not large.
  2. In a large frying pan with high sides, a saucepan with a thick bottom or a cauldron, heat the vegetable oil, then chop the onion with garlic and grated carrots for 2 minutes.
  3. Add chicken fillet, tomatoes and mushrooms, chopped randomly.
  4. Add green onions, dry basil, salt, pepper.
  5. Pour 1 liter of hot water, bring to a boil.
  6. Side dish – buckwheat bags.
  7. Put the bags in a frying pan with chicken and vegetables.
  8. Immerse the sachets in the liquid. Cook for 20 minutes, as indicated on the package of buckwheat.
  9. View of the dish in 20 minutes. Buckwheat porridge has absorbed the taste of chicken and vegetables.
  10. Carefully cut the bag and put the buckwheat on a plate, as well as the chicken with vegetables and gravy. Enjoy your meal!
