  1. The milk mixture should be slightly heated, combined with vegetable oil, egg whipped with sugar, add salt, vanilla sugar and yeast. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes. Then enter the flour and knead the dough of medium density. Let it stand for 1 hour (maybe longer), in the process of crumpling.
  2. Divide the finished dough into balls about the size of an azo and roll out into a thin cake. Each of them is lubricated with vegetable oil and sprinkled with sugar. Make an incision with a sharp knife from the center to the edge, lift the edge on one side of the tortilla and roll it into a cone-roll.
  3. Place the buns on a baking sheet covered with parchment, let them stand for 15-20 minutes (you can grease with yolk) and send them to the oven, preheated to 190 * C. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Cool the finished buns on the grill. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy your meal!
