We offer to bake soft, like feathers, tender, delicious dumplings stuffed with cheese and fragrant dressing of herbs and garlic. These dumplings are perfect for first courses.
In a bowl, whisk together half an egg, sugar, salt and vegetable oil.
Combine with liquid ingredients.
Add flour. Knead a soft, slightly sticky dough.
Leave the dough in the heat for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, knead the dough well and leave in a warm place for another 20 minutes to rise.
Beat the risen dough, divide into 12 parts and roll into balls. If the dough will still stick to your hands, then do not use flour. In this case, lubricate your hands with vegetable oil.
Smooth each ball of dough with your hands, put a piece of cheese in the middle.
Pinch the edges of the dough, covering the cheese.
Place the products seam down in a greased mold. Leave it on for 20 minutes to fit.
Then brush with the remaining egg, bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Prepare the filling.
Combine herbs, water, vegetable oil, garlic and salt. Whisk with an immersion blender.
The hot doughnuts are ready for pouring the filling. We put it in a hot oven for a couple of minutes so that the filling dries a little.
Fragrant, unearthly, tender dumplings are ready! Bon appetit to everyone!
