  1. Grate the carrots on a medium grater, chop the cabbage. Add salt, add coriander and mash with your hands. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the mold, cover it with parchment, oil it, leave the silicone as it is. Mix eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, starch, turmeric, baking powder, pepper mixture, salt.
  3. Mix the filling with cabbage.
  4. That’s the consistency of it, add any greens to taste, mix.
  5. Put in a mold with a diameter of 22 cm, level, put in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 30-35 minutes.
  6. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, take out the mold, sprinkle the casserole with cheese grated on a medium grater, then sesame seeds, put it in the oven to brown.
  7. Remove the finished casserole from the oven on the grill, let it stand for 10 minutes and carefully transfer to a plate.
