In a deep bowl, put the products – eggs, sour cream, fermented baked milk, vanilla, 1/2 cup sugar, rum or brandy. Beat with a mixer.
Add the flour mixed with baking powder and whisk again.
Break the halva into pieces, add to the dough and mix with a spoon.
Spread the dough on greased molds 1/2 the height of the mold and bake in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees (baking time depends on the size of the mold). Check the readiness with a toothpick – it may be slightly speckled with dough or halva, but not in raw dough.
From this amount of dough I got a cupcake with a diameter of 20cm and 6 cupcakes-hearts.
Cool the cupcakes in the molds and turn them onto a platter. That’s the kind of beauty I have.
Prepare the glaze: melt the butter, add 1/2 cup sugar, orange juice, cook for 3-4 minutes. Pour hot icing over the cupcakes.
