Black pepper
Instructions
Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into inflorescences and boil for 10 minutes in salted water.
Beat the eggs lightly, add cream, a third of grated cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Put the broccoli and cauliflower in a baking dish, pour over the cream mixture and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot, garnished with herbs.
