Instructions
Wash the rice and cook according to the instructions. Cool.
Wash the zucchini and carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the onion.
Mix rice and vegetables, add salt and pepper to taste, add turmeric and mix. Divide into two parts.
Mix the minced meat with the egg.
Add minced meat and egg to the lean part of the mass, mix well.
Add the breadcrumbs to the lean part and mix.
Form the biscuits and fry them on both sides in vegetable oil until tender. Serve better cold.
