Boil potatoes in a “uniform”. Pass peeled potatoes and Adyghe cheese through a meat grinder. Add 2 eggs, salt, spices, corn flour, mix thoroughly.
I have prepared two types of filling.
1) Cut mushrooms, fry in vegetable oil. Finely chop the onion, fry until golden brown. Mix the onion and mushrooms, add salt.
2) boil 2 eggs, crumble, add finely chopped green onions, salt and mix.
Divide the potato-cheese dough into equal parts. Make a cake from a piece, put the filling in the middle, pinch the edges. Form a ball, roll in breadcrumbs, then level the ball. I got 8 meatballs from this amount of dough.
Fry the meatballs in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
You can immediately serve hot with sour cream. In cold form, chops are just as good as pies. Enjoy your meal.
