Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Add salt, sugar, butter, eggs. Gradually introducing flour, knead a soft dough. Leave for 1 hour.
It is divided into 12 parts. Roll out each one into a long “sausage”.
Place on a floured baking sheet, lubricate liberally with beaten egg.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle them on the sticks.
Sprinkle the cheese with spices and a pinch of salt. Be sure to sprinkle with dry garlic (to taste).
Let stand for 1 hour and put in a well-preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
