Cherry Pie “Brownies” Recipe
An airy and delicate chocolate cake that can be baked as a large whole cake or in individual portions. In context, this pie is quite unusual. Dark layers beautifully alternate with white, and cherry gives the cake tartness and juiciness.

Instructions
  1. Ingredients for making a cake.
  2. Prepare the chocolate dough. Mix two large eggs with 50 g of sugar and beat with a mixer.
  3. To the resulting mass, add 1 pack of vanillin and a little salt (a couple of pinches). Mix the ingredients.
  4. Melt the chocolate (100-120 g) with butter (120 g) in a water bath.
  5. Mix the ingredients until smooth. Remove the mixture and cool.
  6. Pour the cooled chocolate mass into the egg mixture and mix.
  7. Then add to them wheat flour, sifted with baking powder.
  8. The dough turns out to be viscous. If the dough turns out to be very thick, add 1-3 tablespoons of cold water or milk.
  9. Divide the chocolate dough into 2 parts.
  10. Prepare the filling. Grind the cheese through a sieve, and then add eggs (2 pcs), sugar (100 g), banana slices (130 g) and 1 bag of vanilla. I added a banana for the thickness of the filling. All components are thoroughly ground with a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  11. Prepare the cherries. Wash it and clean it of bones. If the berry has been frozen, it is pre-thawed.
  12. Take a baking dish (21*21). Cover with baking paper (lubricate with oil) or silicone mat (do not lubricate). Put 1/2 of the chocolate dough into the mold.
  13. Cover the dough with half of the curd filling and berries.
  14. In the second part of the chocolate dough, add 5-6 tablespoons of cold milk and mix. The dough barely slips off the spoon.
  15. Spoon the chocolate dough onto the berry and spread. The surface of the chocolate dough will not be smooth.
  16. Then pour over the remaining curd filling. And at the end lay out the cherry. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pie for 55-60 minutes.
  17. During this time, the cake should become lush and golden brown. After baking, the pie is partially cooled in the mold, and then taken out and cut into pieces.
  18. If you want to beautifully serve the cake to the festive table, it is recommended to sprinkle it with snow-white powdered sugar. To the table, such a delicacy should be served together with a glass of hot tea or cocoa.
