  1. Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or saucepan.
  2. Add the fillets.
  3. Pour over the tomato sauce. I am not calling for the use of something specific. I had lecho (a la ketchup) with small pieces of vegetables. Dilute a little with water and simmer, turning over periodically, for about 45 minutes.
  4. Then, from the finished fillet, disassemble the fibers with two forks.
  5. Add the hot sauce until the chicken is juicy enough.
  6. Ready-made filling.
  7. I decided to make buns myself from yeast dough.
  8. And I made a salad for a burger: chop the cabbage and mash it with salt, grate a green apple and parmesan cheese, season with yogurt or mayonnaise.
  9. Eat immediately while they are hot, or take them with you (on a picnic, for lunch, on the road).
