Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix garlic, paprika, salt, pepper and olive oil.
  2. Cut the chicken into large pieces, the size of a chicken thigh. I would recommend cooking only from fillets. Then you have the opportunity to kill two birds with one stone: serve the chicken hot, and when it cools down – you will get a chic pastrami for sandwiches. Moreover, everything is not at all troublesome to prepare.
  3. Pour the prepared marinade, rubbing it into the surface. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Basically, you can do this in advance and let the finished chicken wait in the refrigerator.
  4. Place thin slices of lemon in a baking dish and sprinkle with fresh or dry thyme sprigs.
  5. Lay out the chicken pieces. Put thyme sprigs on top, sprinkle with a small amount of lemon juice and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. However, focus on your oven: the chicken should be browned. And the kitchen should be filled with absolutely incredible flavors of baked lemon with herbs.
  6. Pour the finished chicken with a fragrant sauce. Serve immediately, after plentifully watering the chicken with this sauce with a spoon. Pull the lemons to the surface and put them on the chicken. You can throw away the thyme, but it will be more beautiful this way. The chicken turns out to be very tender, juicy, exquisite in taste, simply magical and absolutely self-sufficient in taste: nothing superfluous and nothing needs to be added. Thick lemon sauce that you want to eat endlessly. Chicken breast is perfectly sliced and holds its shape perfectly, even when hot. The meat is snow-white, very tender and juicy.
