I know that there are many options for cooking pastrami on the site, but let me suggest my own option and share such a wonderful dish once again. Pastrami can be added to a salad, served in slices and in the form of sandwiches. In general, a very tasty substitute for sausage.
Rinse the chicken breast. Fill with salt water for 2.5-3 hours and leave to marinate at room temperature. Salt is taken at the rate of 2 tbsp. l. with a slide per 1 liter of water.
After you take out the breast, dry it with a paper towel and wrap it with cooking thread. I didn’t have that, so I applied the usual thick thread.
Mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil and all spices in a bowl and cover the chicken with this mixture. Leave on for 20-30 minutes. You can cover the top with a bag, foil or baking paper. We put the oven at this time to warm up to 220 *.
Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, turn off the oven and let the chicken stand for another 30 minutes.
Remove the pastrami from the oven to cool, remove the threads and cut into portions. Enjoy your meal!
