Chinese Salad of Cucumbers and Squid Recipe
I tried this salad at a friend’s birthday party and immediately wanted to share it with you. Very juicy, bright and delicious. It is prepared very quickly.

Ingredients

Soy sauce

Instructions
Wash, peel and grate the carrots with thin strips.
Cut the cucumber lengthwise into thin strips.
Then cut each cucumber strip diagonally into pieces about 1 cm long.
Mix cucumber and carrot, add salt, vinegar and soy sauce.
Add red hot pepper flakes, coriander, grated garlic, sesame seeds and vegetable oil. Mix everything together.
Peel the squid, put it in boiling water and cook for 1 minute. Put the squid in a colander, let it cool and, cut into thin strips, put it in a salad.
Add chopped coriander greens. Mix it.
It is better to infuse this salad for at least 4 hours. Serve the salad chilled.
