I often cook such bars in a hotel or for a festive tea party. The same chocolate, but with additives to your taste, with nuts and candied fruits, corn flakes and chocolate balls, various dried fruits, etc.
The time is indicated without taking into account the stabilization of the chocolate.
Preparation: fry the almonds and cool.
Cut the candied fruits. Wash and dry the raisins.
Break the chocolate and melt it in a water bath.
Enter the chocolate butter, mix until smooth.
Add condensed milk and cream until smooth.
Add vanilla sugar, mix thoroughly.
Set aside some almonds for decoration.
Mix the chopped almonds, candied fruits and raisins.
Prepare two molds by covering them with foil or food paper.
Pour a pastry sprinkle on the bag, I took a more suitable one for Easter, put a few rings of dried tangerine or other dried citrus.
Spread out 430 g. in each mold, level with a spatula, decorate the top at your discretion.
Cover the form and put it in the refrigerator for 4-12 hours.
