Ingredients: flour, eggs, sugar, butter, dark chocolate, baking powder, cranberries.
Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat.
Cool.
Add eggs to the chocolate mass.
Beat with a mixer. At first at a low speed, gradually increasing it to the maximum.
Whisk until the mass has doubled.
Add sugar, flour, baking powder to this mass and mix with a spatula. The dough should be viscous.
In a 21 cm thick form, cover with parchment.
Place the dough on a baking sheet. Distribution.
Put it on top of the cranberries. And as if we press it into the dough. And align manually. Put in the oven at a temperature of 170 gr. for 25-30 minutes.
