Instructions
Chop onion and crab meat in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.
Add rice boiled in salted water, egg, squeezed garlic, butter, salt, pepper and whisk in a blender or chopper.
Put the mixture on a plate. It turns out that such minced meat.
Form the chops, roll them in semolina and fry in a preheated frying pan in vegetable oil.
The result is very tender, softened and delicious chops. You can eat simply or serve with any side dish.
