Instructions
In a deep bowl, mix 3 eggs, 3 packs of cottage cheese, 1 cup of cane sugar, salt, soda, vanilla sugar.
Beat everything thoroughly with a mixer or blender.
Prepares and crumbles for the dough. Rub flour, 0.5 cups of sugar and butter well with your hands. It is better to pre-freeze the oil and grate it.
Here is such a crumb turned out.
Put half of the dough in a greased form with butter, make the sides.
Pour the filling into the mold.
Sprinkle the remaining crumbs evenly over the filling.
Place the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes over medium heat.
