  1. Let’s start with the preparation of the nut filling. To do this, chop the nuts in a blender.
  2. In a saucepan, mix sugar, butter and water. Warm up until the sugar and butter are dissolved. Add the nuts and mix well. Leave to cool a little.
  3. Prepare the dough. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, kefir, sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla.
  4. Add flour and baking powder in parts. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, according to the size of the baking sheet. Place the dough on greased parchment. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  6. Brush with jam.
  7. Put the warm nut filling on top.
  8. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes. Until the edges of the dough are slightly browned.
  9. Ready-made cakes to cool. Trim the edges. Cut into squares.
  10. Then cut the squares in half diagonally into triangles.
  11. Brush the corners with melted chocolate. Put the cookies in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
