Cottage Cheese and Oatmeal Tartlets Recipe
The recipe for tartlets is used alone, but you can experiment with the filling. My house really liked this filling.

Instructions
  1. Tartlets: mix cottage cheese, oatmeal, spices, add milk, protein, herbs.
  2. Mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Divide the dough into 6 parts (recipe for 6, I have a double portion).
  4. We lay out on silicone molds, form tartar with a spoon. Bake for 10 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
  5. Cut the tomato into cubes.
  6. Grate the cheese. Mix part of the grated mozzarella with chopped chicken.
  7. Put the cheese and chicken mixture into the tartlets, then the tomato.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top. Put back in the oven for 10 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
