Cupcake with Candied Fruits and Dried Fruits Recipe
I have accumulated various candied fruits and dried fruits, found a use for them, baked this colorful cupcake.

Instructions
I used the following dried fruits: dates, raisins, dried apricots, peaches and candied tomatoes.
Squeeze the juice out of the orange.
Cut the dried fruits into small pieces, remove the seeds from the dates, pour juice and brandy, put in the refrigerator for a day or more.
Beat butter or margarine with sugar, add one egg at a time and beat everything well with a mixer again.
Sift the flour, add baking powder and spices.
Add honey and lemon zest to the whipped mass, add flour and knead the dough.
Add all the dried fruits and nuts to the dough, I had hazelnuts (I crushed it a little).
Cover the form with parchment, distribute the dough.
Bake at t = 150-160 gr. about 1.5 hours.
It is better to cut a well-cooled cake.
