Cutlets, as everyone loves them, are probably one of the most favorite dishes in my family. Today with baked eggplant pate, which gives juiciness and piquant taste.

  1. Chop the meat in a meat grinder, add 2/3 onion, pour milk into the minced meat.
  2. Cut eggplants into cubes, fry in vegetable oil together with onions and garlic arrows. Grind in a blender.
  3. Add the eggplant mass to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Knead the minced meat, beat it off.
  5. Form cutlets, 100 g each.. Pan in flour.
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, Fry the cutlets on both sides for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Then put the cutlets in a high frying pan, cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. If necessary, pour a little boiling water.
  7. Serve with vegetables and your favorite side dish.
