Vegetable oil
Instructions
Finely chop the onion.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Boil the dried mushrooms until tender.
Fry the onion and carrot in vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Cool.
Cut the eggs into 2 pieces and remove the yolks.
Grate the yolks on a fine grater. Chop the mushrooms with onions and carrots in a blender. Add the yolks, herbs and mayonnaise and mix.
The resulting mass is stuffed with egg halves.
The dish is ready.
