Instructions
Wash the tilapia fillet, dry it with a paper towel and pass it through a meat grinder.
Soak white bread in milk, then squeeze it out.

Mix well.
From the resulting minced meat, form cutlets and roll them in flour.
Transfer the cutlets to a frying pan greased with vegetable oil.
Fry until browned on each side over medium heat, then put the heat on the lowest, cover the pan with a lid and leave to languish for 10-15 minutes.
