(fillet of any white fish)

Crab sticks
(or crab meat)

Hard cheese

Carrot

Garlic

Dill

Mayonnaise
Lemon juice
(to taste)
Seasoning
salt, (your favorite fish seasoning, to taste)
Vegetable oil
(for frying carrots mixture of vegetable and butter) — to taste
Instructions
Cut the fish fillet into medium pieces (this time I have already cut it), add salt, add spices, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Fry grated carrots in a mixture of vegetable and butter.
Grate crab sticks and cheese on a coarse grater and add to the roasted carrots.
Then add the chopped garlic, dill and mayonnaise.
Add salt, pepper and mix.
Put the fish in a baking dish.
Upstairs, hand out our coats.
Bake in a preheated oven to 190 *, around 20-25-30 minutes) do not dry!
