  1. We take garlic, crush it right in the husk with a knife. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan or saucepan with a thick bottom. And fry the garlic over high heat for a few seconds until the aroma appears. It will be better if you have a frying pan, right on which, then you can bake in the oven.
  2. We take chicken drumsticks (or thighs), wash, dry. Rub with salt and pepper mixture and place in a preheated frying pan in garlic oil. The oil should be very hot so that a crust immediately forms on the skin of the chicken.
  3. Fry the shins on high heat on all sides for about 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the shins to a baking dish or leave them in a frying pan in which they were fried and can be baked. Sprinkle with “Provencal herbs” and pour over dry white wine. Cover with foil. We put it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Cut the bread 1.5 cm thick, you can take a loaf. Cut the slices into triangles, sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika and “Provencal herbs”.
  6. We take out the form with the shins from the oven. Remove the foil. Insert the pieces of bread between the shins. Put cherry tomatoes on top. I got the “cream”, so cut them into 4 parts. Tomatoes are also lubricated with olive oil. If desired, sprinkle with red hot pepper. Put the baking dish in the oven (without foil) for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve the chicken hot. Dip the slices of bread into the fragrant juice that has been released. Enjoy your meal!
