Season the minced meat with salt and pepper to taste, break the egg, add semolina and mix thoroughly. I don’t chop onions with minced meat, I always chop it very finely. You need to take a large onion, and the cutlets will turn out juicier and tastier! Add the onion to the minced meat. Cover with a lid and send it to the refrigerator for at least an hour and a half and let the filling “ripen”. The meatballs are delicious. Sometimes I do it at night. In general, you will collect burgers faster if you prepare them in advance. The beef is ready. Form round cutlets, the diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of the rolls that you will use. Today I bought buns at the market. I roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs. You can – in flour.
  2. Fry the cutlets. Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan and heat it up. Lay out the cutlets. Fry the cutlets on one side until a nice crust forms, reduce the heat to medium.
  3. Queue. For the cutlets today I fried the cutlets, usually I do not fry them, but I do it on a minimum heat and under the lid. I don’t need a lot of oil in the pan, and I poured 1 tablespoon at a time. Burgers cooked on the grill twice, they get 10 pcs. These are beautiful and, of course, delicious burgers.   4. Using the example of one chicken burger, I’ll show you how I assemble it. We will need 1 bun, 1 cutlet, 2 slices of sandwich cheese. I take cheese without any additives, creamy and of course better. Cut a tomato across, we will need 2 slices, sweet pepper strips – 4 or 5 pieces. Three olives, cut into rings, a few pieces of finely chopped red onion and 2 lettuce leaves. Chili sauce. If you are going to cook for children, the sauce can not be added to the ingredients.
  5. To collect. Cut the loaf in half lengthwise. Generously brush the bottom half with chili sauce (you can take ketchup). Next, a lettuce leaf, a piece of cheese, a slice of tomato and a cutlet on the cheese. Put a piece of tomato cheese, finely chopped onion, olives, bell pepper on the cutlet again. Cover with a lettuce leaf and the other half of the bun. I’m putting a chicken burger on a plate that can be put in the microwave.
