Sunflower seeds

Sesame seeds
Instructions
Sift the flour with baking powder for the dough. Add sugar and salt.
Combine sunflower oil with boiling water.
Add to the flour and knead the dough.
Roll out the dough (no more than 5 mm thick) on baking paper or a silicone mat. Transfer to a baking tray. Brush with beaten egg (optional).
Sprinkle with flax seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. Roll out the top with a rolling pin so that the seeds hold on tighter.
Slice arbitrarily as you like. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serve the finished cookies to the table.
