Melt the coconut oil over low heat. Cool to room temperature.
In a bowl, add the eggs (2 PCs.), add baking soda (1 teaspoon) and vanilla sugar (1 teaspoon). Next, add sugar (100 gr.)
Beat the mixture until white. Add coconut oil and honey (100 gr.). Once again, beat well.
Add the total amount of flour (420 gr.). If, in your opinion, the dough will be slightly liquid, you can add a little more flour. The dough should be soft and plastic, convenient in rolling into the formation.
Next, roll the dough into a layer.
To make a relief pattern in the form of honeycombs, you can use a silicone stand for hot, as in my case, or you can simply roll the dough into a layer 4-6 mm thick and cut cookies in the form of various figures with the help of cuttings for cooking cookies.
Cookies put on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper, grease with beaten egg, in the middle add the kernels of walnuts and send in a heated to 170-180C oven.
