You need to take a walk with the children, manage in the garden, and even a hungry husband will come for lunch… So, today we are cooking outdoors. Yes, yes, don’t be surprised. Who knows, but in our Kuban winter is now such that the buds on the trees are blooming! Therefore, I bring to your attention a common dish – kulesh. The products are simple, we cook according to all the rules – in a pot and on fire!
So, we take from the products: vegetable oil, meat (pork ribs), carrots, onions, peas pre-soaked overnight, bay leaf, millet, salt, pepper, lard, garlic, more parsley and green onions.
We make a fire and, while it burns, cut carrots into large cubes.
Then cut the onion into large cubes.
Add vegetable oil and chopped pork ribs to the pan.
Fry them until golden brown, add onions and carrots, fry everything for 5 minutes.
Fill it with peas.
Fill it with water, waiting for it to boil.
As the water boils, we throw the bay leaf and salt to taste, cover with a lid.
After 1 hour and 20 minutes, the peas completely collapsed, there was not a single grain left in it. Now we leave them to study in the garden and go to the campfire. Add the prepared millet and ground pepper to the pan. Cook the millet until tender.
And while the millet is cooking, quickly prepare the dressing. Finely chop the garlic.
Cut the bacon into slices.
Chop the greens.
Fry the fat in a frying pan until golden brown flakes form.
Here they are….
Add pork chops with garlic and herbs,
Stir quickly and add to the pan.
Stir again, wait 3 minutes, and the porridge is ready!
So hot, rich and smelling like a bonfire, eat with black bread. To your health!
