  1. Instead of chorizo sausage, you can take, for example, pancetta. If desired, you can add red wine. Ground beef. As a soft cheese – cheddar. The main thing-you need a large and deep frying pan. If this is not available, you can use a pot or other suitable utensils. Fry the onion.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, add oregano and finely chopped garlic.
  3. Add chorizo and fry until Golden brown.
  4. Add the minced meat and fry it until brown.
  5. Add tomato sauce, coarsely grated carrots, you can still pepper and mix. Fry for a couple of minutes.
  6. Add tomato paste. If there is a desire – and wine. Stir. Cook for about 15 minutes, until the mixture is reduced and thickened.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta, grated cheddar and Parmesan, milk and black pepper.
  8. Set aside 2/3 of the mixture in a separate bowl.
  9. Put a layer of lasagna sheets on the remaining 1/3.

  11. It’s a third of the minced meat.
  12. Put the lasagna sheets and the remaining cheese mixture on it.

  15. That’s all. This lasagna is by no means intended to compete with the one prepared according to all Italian rules, but if you want it simple and delicious, then there is such an option.
