Instructions
  1. Mash the cottage cheese (I have a “dry” 9%) with a fork.
  2. Add sour cream, salt and garlic squeezed through a press.
  3. Grind with an immersion blender until smooth.
  4. Add the cheese, grated on a fine grater, and mix.
  5. Then add the finely chopped dill and mix well.
  6. Pre-defrost the puff pastry. Roll out a little. Put a removable sandwich panel in the Redmond slow cooker. Cut a piece of dough of a suitable size and put it on the bottom cells.
  7. Put the filling in each triangle, about 1-1. 5 tsp., the main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise the filling may leak out during cooking.
  8. Cover the top with another layer of dough.
  9. Close the slow cooker, turn it on. Wait until the green indicator lights up and cook for about 7 minutes.
  10. Remove the finished triangles from the slow cooker and continue cooking the next portion. I got 10 pieces.
  11. Ready triangles are served to the table.
  12. It is very tasty both warm and cold. Enjoy your meal!
