  1. Squeeze the juice out of the cranberries.
  2. Cook semolina porridge.
  3. Mix with cranberry juice, mascarpone, whipped blender.
  4. Preheated. Gently introduce agar-agar, whisk everything again.
  5. Cookie cutters were moistened with water, filled with the resulting mass.
