Instructions
  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. To prepare minced meat, finely chop the onion, herbs and garlic clove.
  3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Mix the minced meat thoroughly in a bowl, I took 50 * 50 beef with turkey. Add grated cheese, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, herbs and beat the egg. Add salt, ground black pepper for sharpness and mix everything together.
  5. It is advisable to moisten your hands with water and roll balls the size of a large walnut, while trying not to squeeze them too much. You should get 16 pieces. Cover the plate with the meatballs with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to seal them.
  6. While the meatballs are cooling, prepare the sauce. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, garlic, pour in the wine and boil half, add the mashed tomatoes, water, sugar, salt, pepper and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Remove the meatballs from the refrigerator and fry them in a frying pan in preheated olive oil so that the balls are browned.
  8. Pour the cooked tomato sauce over the meatballs, simmer them on low heat for 5 minutes, add the red beans and keep on fire for a couple more minutes.
  9. The finished dish is served to the table.
  10. Meatballs are dense and at the same time tender. Well, very tasty!
