Meatballs with Bulgur, Cheese and Vegetables Recipe
These meat balls are different from the usual meatballs with rice. I think this dish will please you-tender, juicy, delicious meatballs with vegetables and cheese.
Wash the bulgur and cook until tender in slightly salted water. We drain the water.
Chop the onion and grate the carrots on a small grater.
Put the minced meat, bulgur, onion, carrot, egg, semolina, salt and pepper in a deep bowl and knead thoroughly. You can add half a Cup of water, if the mince seems dry.

Part of the vegetables are spread on a baking sheet.
From the minced meat, we form meat balls and put them on the vegetables. Place the remaining vegetables between the meatballs.
Sour cream and water (100 grams) a little salt, add your favorite seasoning and mix thoroughly. Pour this mixture over the meatballs.
Cover the baking sheet with foil and put it in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for 50 minutes.
Cut the coriander, grate the cheese on a large grater.
Remove the foil from the baking sheet and sprinkle our meat balls with herbs first, and grated cheese on top. And again send in the oven, but for 10 minutes.
