  1. Mussels, well washed.
  2. Dry ciabatta.
  3. Grind into coarse crumbs. Finely chop the garlic.
  4. Grate the ginger on a fine grater, finely chop the parsley.
  5. Mix grated ginger with garlic, parsley and breadcrumbs, salt and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle the mussels with crumbs on top.
  7. Grate the parmesan on a fine grater and sprinkle with mussels.
  8. Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes Serve with lemon.
