Oatmeal Galettes with Berries Recipe
I propose to cook a healthy yummy with a berry. The dough is prepared simply and easily rolled out. It turns out not sweet, but sour filling, that’s what I liked in the recipe.

  2. Instant oat flakes are ground into flour.
  3. Mix oatmeal with wheat flour and baking powder.
  4. Add the ricotta and sugar, stir with your hands into the crumbs.
  5. Add kefir and knead the dough. It turns out to be plastic and does not stick to your hands. If the dough turns out to be very steep, then add a little more kefir.
  6. Divide the dough into four equal parts, cover with a film and leave to “rest” for 30 minutes.
  7. Take a piece of dough and roll it out thinly (about 0.3 cm thick).
  8. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of starch to the cherries. Mix currants with cranberries and add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of starch. It turns out two biscuits with cherries and two with currants and cranberries. I took a frozen berry, defrosted it before use and drained the juice.
  9. Spread the filling on the rolled cakes closer to the center, leaving room for bends, about 3-4 cm.
  10. Pinch the edges, you will get these wonderful biscuits.
  11. Brush with egg and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Bake in the oven at 180-200 °C for 30 minutes or until the dough is browned.
