Pancake biscuits with ham, cheese and eggs. A great breakfast option for the whole family. I had never cooked anything like this before (in terms of filling), and it was nice that the home 2 days asked for just such a start to the day.
Prepare the pancake batter in a volume sufficient for it to rise.
Mix a tablespoon of sugar with dry yeast and dissolve them in 150 ml of milk.
Beat the eggs with the remaining salt and sugar, stirring the yolk and protein intensively.
Melt the butter until smooth, cool and add to the eggs. Mix all the ingredients, add the remaining milk.
Sift the flour and add to the yeast mass. Mix everything until smooth. Cover and leave for 2 hours to rise.
Bake pancakes by the piece, adding the filling, dividing the specified amount of ingredients into 4 portions.
In another frying pan, fry the ham (bacon), fry fried eggs in the same fat with 3 eggs per serving, season with salt and pepper.
Fry the pancake on one side, turn it over and sprinkle with a small amount of cheese. Put the eggs on top, on which lay the slices of ham.
Using a spatula, wrap the edges of the pancake for filling in the form of an envelope. This is what you do with all the pancakes based on the amount per serving.
Put it on a plate and cook the next portion.
