By themselves, spring rolls are a very satisfying dish, with your favorite fillings they always turn out delicious and excite the appetite. The dough is kneaded with eggs and milk, the filling is sausage and cheese. Ready-made pancakes are very tender with a crispy crust.
To prepare the dough, whisk eggs, salt, sugar, milk, water, flour into a blender bowl. Beat the contents for three minutes at high speed. Let the dough stand for at least 20 minutes.
Prepare the filling: cut the sausage into cubes. Finely chop the cheese.
Peel the garlic and finely chop it.
Combine sausage, cheese, garlic (garlic can be removed if desired) and mayonnaise. Mix it.
Bake pancakes. Bake on a baking sheet with a diameter of 24 cm, it turned out 13 pieces. Put the filling on each pancake, wrap it in an envelope.
To make the cheese melt, fry the stuffed pancakes on each side.
