Cut the apples into cubes, peel them or leave them without peel. Pour lemon juice over it.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the apples, sugar, cinnamon, starch and mix everything. Simmer the apples over medium heat, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
The result is a very tasty fragrant apple filling, it should be cooled.
Prepare the dough. Mash the butter with sugar, add the egg and mix everything well.
Add kefir.
Sift the flour with baking powder. Add flour and knead the dough quickly, do not knead for a long time.
Flour is different for everyone, if the dough turns out to be runny, then add a little more flour.
Roll the dough into a ball, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into small pieces of about 30-35 grams.
Make a tortilla from the dough and put the apple filling in the middle. Gather the edges of the dough, pinch and form a ball.
Put the balls in a mold (I have d = 22 cm), put a little apple filling on top.
