Instructions
  1. In a deep bowl, mix the sour cream, milk and egg well.
  2. Add the soft butter and stir.
  3. Add the slaked soda (lemon juice or vinegar). And stir.
  4. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Flour may take a little more or less. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
  5. While the dough is in the refrigerator, cut the chicken into small cubes. Put it in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking.
  6. Peel the onion, wash and cut into small cubes, also chop the bell pepper.
  7. We take a form for baking cakes (I do not have an iron, so we will cope with soft ones). We take the dough out of the refrigerator, tear off a small piece and roll it into a circle, put it on the bottom of our mold.
  8. Cut out a strip of baking paper according to the height of your mold, so that it lies inside the entire wall, and roll out the dough to its full length.
  9. Carefully put into our mold, quickly sculpt the edges with the bottom. And immediately proceed to the filling in layers. If your dough spreads a little on the walls, this is normal, it stretches well and can stretch after each layer.
  10. The first layer is laid out chicken fillet.
  11. Cut the second onion into cubes. Add salt to taste.
  12. Put the sliced mushrooms in the third layer.
  13. The fourth layer is Bulgarian pepper. Salt.
  14. The fifth layer is cut into round pieces of pickled cucumber
  15. We roll out a circle and cover our cake with it, pinch the edges. Make an incision or hole in the middle.
  16. Preheat the oven to 180 ° and send our cakes for 50 minutes to brown the surface. Focus on your oven. From this amount I got two cakes.
  17. You can serve it this way, but I prefer to spread the top with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving. It’s done.
  18. Bon appetit!
