  1. Mix the cheese with the egg.
  2. Butter (from the freezer) grate on a coarse grater or chop, add to a bowl. Sift flour there. Add kefir and soda. DO NOT ADD SALT!
  3. Knead a soft, elastic dough. Depending on the size of the egg, a little more or a little less flour will be required.
  4. Put the dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Boil the rice, add lemon salt, mix with vegetable oil. Defrost the fish, peel off the skin, but do not remove, cut the dorsal bones. Turn on the oven to warm up. Roll out the dough into a large circle 1 cm thick, after sprinkling the work surface with dust.
  6. Start collecting the pie. In a mold with a diameter of 33 cm, lay out the dough, forming the sides. The pruning test should be postponed. Put the rice on the dough, spread the pieces of fish on it. Salt the fish. Roll out the remaining dough thinly and put it on the open rice for spreading.
  7. Send the workpiece to the preheated oven, bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Then carefully lay out the pieces of butter, grease the pie with a mixture of cream and egg yolks, slice the tomato and put it in the middle. We send it back to the oven.
  8. Put out for another 10-12 minutes, until a beautiful blush.
  9. Let the finished cake cool down a little. Serve, sprinkled with chopped herbs. Isn’t this a decoration for a family dinner?!
