Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add kefir (200 ml.), salt (1 chip.), baking powder (1 pack.). beat the Mixture with a whisk.
  2. Then add 1 egg yolk.
  3. Beat the mixture. Add the melted and cooled butter to the mixture (100 gr.)
  4. Add flour. I want to pay attention: flour may require from 350 to 400 g. Flour is different. When kneading, the dough should be soft and comfortable to work with. Too much flour should not be added. Put the dough in a plastic wrap and leave for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the pan, add chicken breast fillet cut into small cubes (150 gr.), add chopped mushrooms (3 PCs.). Salt the mixture to taste, add ground black pepper. Simmer the mixture until ready. If desired, you can add chopped onions, I did not add consciously.
  6. Then add 1 tablespoon of starch. Thicken the mixture slightly.
  7. Roll out the dough into a layer 1.5-2 mm thick, cut out rectangles of approximately 11×14 cm with a roller knife for the dough.
  8. The prepared filling of chicken and mushrooms put on rectangles of dough, turn the edge to the center, slightly press.
  9. Make cuts along the free edge, as shown in the photo. Form the pies, turning the dough strips to the center.
  10. Put the pies on a baking sheet covered with parchment, or put them on a silicone baking Mat. Grease the pies with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send them to the oven preheated to 190-200*C.
  11. Bake until Golden brown.
