  1. First you need to knead the dough. To do this, pour milk into a bowl, dissolve salt and sugar in it, add vegetable oil.
  2. Then gradually add flour and yeast. Knead a soft dough. Put it in a bowl, cover with a towel and put it in a warm place to come 2-3 times. The dough can also be prepared in a bread maker. To do this, put all the products in a bowl and click on the “Dough” mode.
  3. For the filling: finely chop the chicken fillet and cucumbers.
  4. Finely chop the onion. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and lightly fry the onion.
  5. Add cucumbers to the pan and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Add the chicken fillet. Cook until the chicken is ready.
  7. Add boiled rice to fried foods, add a little salt, pepper and mix. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  8. The dough should be divided into small portions and rolled into balls.
  9. Take one ball and use a glass to make a recess by placing it in the center of the ball and pressing it with the palm of your hand. Put a little filling in its recess. Place the pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment and brush them with beaten egg. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
